Delivery
Delivery costs £3.99 for postage by Royal Mail within the UK only. Delivery will usually take 3 working days.
However, if you require guaranteed next day delivery or delivery to international locations not indicated, please email claire@clubforty.co.uk to arrange and we can advise the associated extra cost.
Return
If your purchase doesn’t fit or you are unhappy for some reason, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel stating your order number (this can be found in the email sent out upon purchase) and the reason for your exchange or return. We will exchange or refund unworn items only. Refunds will be credited by the original method of payment.
Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage.
We also recommend that you ask for a proof of postage as we are not responsible for return packages that fail to arrive.
